前言
近二十载，分子诊断技术突飞猛进，在基础研究和临床疾病诊治过程中不可或缺；转化医学方兴未艾，将基础研究成果快速应用于临床，有效预防与个体化诊治疾病。
约十年前，重庆医科大学附属儿童医院临床分子医学中心应运而生，旨在成为“国内一流、国际先进的特色临床分子诊断中心”，研发转化80余种特殊分子检测项目，协助诊断遗传、肿瘤、神经、感染等疑难疾病，年服务50余万患者，提升诊治水平。
当今与未来，医疗进入精准时代，分子诊断和转化医学从业者责无旁贷，任重道远，竭力改善患者生存质量、降低出生缺陷、提高人口素质。
六月的山城，美丽而热烈，诚邀您，与国内外分子诊断技术与转化医学领域的大咖们一道，直面交流、探讨应用、共话前景、商榷合作。

In the past 20 years, molecular diagnostic technology advance rapidly, which is indispensable in the process of basic research, clinical disease diagnosis and treatment. Translational medicine applied basic research results to clinical application, which made effective prevention and individualized diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
About 10 years ago, Center for Clinical Molecular Medicine of Chongqing Medical University Affiliated Children's Hospital founded, and aimed to be a domestic first-class and international advanced clinical molecular diagnostic center. It developed more than 80 specific molecular detection projects, assisted in diagnosis of complicated diseases, including genetic, oncological, neurological, infection diseases, and so on. It helped more than 500,000 patients for improvement of diagnosis as well as treatment.

She has received numerous awards for her research, including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Physician Postdoctoral Award, the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB) Foundation Award, etc. She published more than 100 important research articles in excellent journals, including Lancet Oncol, Blood and Leukemia.

Prof. Zhao Hui （赵晖）
An Assistant Professor at School of Biomedical Science in the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He obtained his Ph. D from University of Duisburg-Essen, and postdoctoral training at NIH of USA. He established his own lab at CUHK in 2008. His research focuses on early embryonic development, congenital disorder, and pediatric cancer. He has published more than 50 research articles in high impact journals including PNAS, EMBO J, Development, et al.
香港中文大学生物医学学院助理教授，获德国杜伊斯堡-艾森大学博士学位后，到美国NIH从事博士后研究，2008年受聘香港中文大学，在疾病的发育与胚胎动物模型与转化应用领域中造诣深厚。研究成果已在国际知名杂志PNAS、EMBO J、Development等发表50余篇。

The major research interests in Liu's Lab are the roles and mechanisms of noncoding RNAs. She has published more than 40 important research articles in excellent journals, including Dev Cell, EMBO J, Cell Res, Cancer Res.
中国科学院上海生命科学院生物化学与细胞研究所研究组长，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。在miRNA、piRNA等调控RNA领域具有很高造诣，研究成果发表在Dev Cell、EMBO J、Cell Res等国际知名杂志发表论文40余篇。

Dr. Qu Bin（屈彬）
A group leader at the Center for Integrative Physiology and Molecular Medicine (CIPMM) in Saarland University. Dr. Bin Qu is also the Project leader of project A2 sponsored by German Research Foundation (DFG). Her research interest focuses on immune killer cells, CTL and NK cells, using real-time killing assay, 4D deconvolution microscopy, screening microscopy and light-sheet microscopy. Her work has been published in J Immunol, Eur J Immunol, Sci Rep, etc.
德国萨尔大学洪堡医学院整合生理及分子医学中心(CIPMM) 研究小组组长，德国国家基金委大型合作中心CRC项目课题组长，主要围绕CTL和NK免疫细胞开展研究，在实时杀伤、4D反卷积显微镜、高通量screening显微镜及光片显微镜有较高造诣。其研究成果发表在J Immunol、Eur J Immunol、Sci Rep等国际知名杂志上。

A Senior Principal Research Scientist and head of Ocular Proteomics Laboratory in Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI). His main area of research expertise is biomarker, proteomics and metabolomics of eye diseases. He has published 70 peer reviewed articles including publications in Nat Commun, Prog Ret Eye Res, Diabetes, and one book chapter. Holds several international patents related to tear biomarkers of several diseases and antimicrobial molecules.

He serves as the Advisory Director at the Center for Clinical Molecular Medicine in CHCMU. He is the Fellow of ACMG, and the member of board of directors of the AAGA His research focus is genomic profiling of hematologic neoplasms and published 70 research articles and book chapters.
美国达特茅斯医学院病理系教授，达特茅斯医学中心遗传实验室主任，美国新英格兰医院临床实验室主任，重庆医科大学附属儿童医院临床分子医学中心兼职主任, 美国医学遗传学会、美国病理学家学会临床实验室审核专家等。研究方向为白血病基因谱特征及临床意义，发表论文专著近70篇。
