- 作为RPO项目的招聘专员，办公在客户现场，完成以下工作内容：As Recruiting specialist ofRPO team based in client office,focusing on：
- 1. Assist recruiting consultant to do CV screening, jobposting/refreshing and so on;2.Update the database of recruiting;3. Making phone calls with applicant professionally andarrange interview for HR team；4. Others duties assigned by supervisors.5.Understand the regular positions, be able to source candidates from media/websites/headhunters or throughreferrals and networking and conduct Tele-interview6.Act as a coordinator between internal clients and external candidates regarding interview schedule, feedbackcollection, and communication with the candidates, etc.
- 1.协助招聘顾问进行简历筛选、职位刷新等2.维护更新人力数据3.与候选人进行专业沟通约面4.协助HR处理其他事物5.理解职位要求，能够从各种渠道访寻到候选人并进行电话面试，渠道包括但不限于社交媒体/网站/猎头/推荐等6. 协调内部客户和外部候选人的面试安排，面试反馈等等
- Qualification:1. 1-2年招聘经验，猎头, inhouse或者销售客服经验，优秀应届生也可以接受；1-2 years experience as headhunter, inhouse orsales or customer service, graduate student alsoacceptable；2. 勤奋踏实， 学习&沟通能力强；Hard-working，Fast learning Good communication skill；3. 英文读写流利；普通话流利；Good command of English (spoken and written)and Mandarin；4. 电脑操作熟练，熟悉office软件使用；Good command of computer skills, and familiarwith Office software；
