- Eligibility1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country otherthan the People's Republic of China, and be ingood health.2. The requirements for applicants'degree and ageare that applicants must:be a high school graduate under the age of 25when applying for the undergraduate programs;be a bachelor's degree holder under the age of35 when applying for the master's programs;be a master's degree holder under the age of 40when applying for the doctoral programs;be under the age of 45 and have a high schooldiploma (or higher) when applying for thegeneral scholar programs;be a master's degree holder or an associateprofessor (or above) under the age of 50 whenapplying for the senior scholar programs.

- Application ProcedureStep 1Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseasstudy of your home country for CGS opportunity;Step 2Apply to TUFE for the Pre-admission Letter oncerecommended by the dispatching authorities as aneligible candidate (you will receive an Award Letterfor Candidate);Step 3Complete the online application procedure at CSCOnline Application System. Visithttp://www.campuschina.org and click"ApplicationOnline" to log in. Then submit online the completed Application Form for and print a hard copy. Youshould consult the dispatching authorities foroverseas study of your home country forInstructions of CSC Online Application System andAgency Number;Step 4Submit all of application documents to thedispatching authorities of your home country beforethe deadline.
- Application Documents1. Application Form written in Chinese or English;2. Notarized highest diploma (photocopy) attached withnotarized Chinese or English translations;3. Academic transcripts written in Chinese or English;4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal written in Chinese orEnglish. A minimum of 200 words for undergraduates, 500words for non-degree students, and 800 words for graduate;5. Two Recommendation Letters written in Chinese or Englishsigned by a professor or an associate professor;6. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD oftheir own works which include two sketches, two colorpaintings and two other works;7. Valid documents of your legal guardians in China onlyrequired for applicants under the age of 18);8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form written in English;9. The copy of Pre-admission Letter from TUFE.

Admission
1 Application documents of recommended candidates from
dispatching authorities will be considered by CSC for
eligibility and qualification.
2 Qualified applications will be sent to TUFE.
3 After confirmation by TUFE, scholarship recipients will getChinese government scholarships to study in TUFE withapproval by CSC.4 CSC reviews the results, approves the List of ScholarshipRecipients and sends the admission documents to theChinese embassy or consulate-general before July 31st.The Chinese embassy or consulate-general will send theadmission documents to the dispatching authorities orscholarship recipients.5 Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university,field of study, or duration of study unless they give upthe grant.6 Scholarship will not be reserved if the scholarshiprecipient cannot register before the registration deadline.- Bilateral Program
