  •     Yullian, a key member of daily operation support, took the most of complicated issues from Command Center. She also led the young members to process complex cases gradually, actively controlled the operation quality, summarized and reported the status. Under the situation of resource shortage at this stage, she fully communicated with users to get understanding and controlled SR submission, also supported SRs like AR,PE einvoice function enhancement, MX eaccounting version update. At the same time, as the month end closing leader, she properly arranged and supported closing according to different situations, effectively controlled the risk during closing.

  •     With the spirit of customer-centric, Baoxin Li completed the development of my.lenovo which upgraded from V2 to V3 in one month. This upgrade included a lot of functions, such as search engine upgrade, service center integration, mask instructions, online feedback functions, one-stop scens and brand new service center,etc.
        Working as a developer, he also valued the user experience. The mask instruction function he suggested and developed had played a huge role in helping users quickly switch from V2 to v3. Meanwhile, he either didn't despise the requirements from common users. He usually finished systerm modification according to users' online feedback in just 1 day, which earned him lots of users' praise.

  •     Xi Yang is a fresh member of B2B team, but she has already taken responsibility of key EDI projects. Regardless customized requirements, Xi led 5 global customer/EDI vendor onboarding and optimization in the past 3 months. These onboarding projects saved more than 30K manual order entrances per year. The touchless EDI solutions also carried about 20 million biz transactions each year and ran without no major incident so far. 

       Her quick and precise responses to users’ queries and reacts to partner sides’ changes helped business run smoothly on a daily basis. She also received highly recognition from E-commerce, EMEA customer operation team etc. Driven by various user requirements and new B2B tech demanding , Xi keeps learning quickly and implements new knowledge in important ongoing projects.

  •     Lu Bai excellently performed and demonstrated at the refreshed culture, he focused on customer in everything he do. On the work of support corporate and APO daily operation, he led team to provided technical solution to ensure company production steady. Meanwhile, he provided successfull support for all month-end closing although facing frequent changes of finance operators. He also took a lead to response and resolve inquiries & issues quickly. 

       COS team wrongly reversed 10730 historical documents for past 4 years in HK13 on 22th May. He was struggling to find the automatically solution, and completed the final 2 programs development which made sure COS team complete the entry reversal before 30th.

    engineering took complete end to end responsibility of Motorola e-commerce holiday readiness (USA + EMEA) this year who is proven instrumental in working with multiple business and BT/IT stakeholders in past few months to formulize key performance KPI’s, workload model for Holiday season traffic and executed extensive performance tests (across Web, Mobile, Services, Supply Chain backend) to make sure system is scalable & supported 6 times the higher order rate. Mr. Raghav also worked with development, dev ops team in suggesting performance tuning and the right AWS infrastructure sizing. Mr. Raghav provided round the clock support during peak holiday sales of 4 days (Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday) through automated production monitoring & alerts for healthy and stable system. We were able to exceed business expectations in terms of Holiday sales this year without any incidents impacting customers. Mr. Raghav and CWATS Performance Test Eng team received several kudos and appreciations from CIO, Tier 2 & 3 from BT/IT on championing Holiday Readiness.   •     Regular project dashboard publishing was a very complicated and important work. Ang Li not only proactively studied and communicated with other domain but also researched the characteristics of CW&ATS. Finally, he delivered high qulity monthly project dashboard with CW&ATS characteristics. 

       Moreover, he continually thought and groped for the method/tool of project management, in the case of ensuring the truth and accuracy of the project data. According to the project methodology he also designed prior budget management method, milestones process management and the project management inspection method which considered the customer satisfaction investigation as nodes for CW&ATS . It let the department project management become more easier without putting extra work load on PL.
