- （1） For a paralegal, you are responsible mainly for supportive work for the team, including certain administrative works. We also expect you to be ready to provide certain legal support to our clients independently within one year.作为律师助理，意味着你要承担团队基础性和支持性质的工作，并且能够在一年时间内达到独立向客户提供一些类型的支持的程度。（2） For a junior lawyer, we expect you to be ready to provide support to our clients independently within 3-6 months.作为律师，意味着你可以在三到六个月内基本独立向我们的客户提供支持。（3） For a senior lawyer, you are expected to supervise and more importantly contribute to the team on strategic level.作为资深律师，意味着你有信心提供更为战略性的价值贡献。
