- 精密模座成立于2002年11月,直属与於Foxconn集团、C次群、金机虎公司。主要研发、生产、销售各种标准（大水口、小水口、简易小水口）及高精密与超大型模架,并提供非标模架客制化加工服务,竭诚为客戶提供专业化、高品质、全方位加工技术服务。整合机加设备资源,优势互补,构建四大服务区，总部位于深圳.观澜,分厂遍布华南、华中、华北、西南全国多个地区,依托集团內需,扩展行销通道,先后投入了大量高精密銑削设备、研磨设备以及超精密检测设备,拥有多年汽车模具专业加工与光学镜头模具加工技术,每月可承接标准模架1400套左右，非标模架800套左右。产品涵蓋:手机、电脑、电视、相机、汽车等主流产品。展望未來,模座任重而道远,我們秉持精密高效,专业服务之经营理念,以低成本、高效率、专业的加工技术,提升行业竞争力,傾力打造高端技术和优质服务于一身的精品服务,为达成客戶滿意而不懈努力!Precision Mold Base was founded in November 2002 which is under the command of Jin Ji Full Company, Foxconn Technology Group. We provide R&D ,manufacturing, and the sales of various standards(side gate, pin point gate, simple pin point gate)and ultra precision, ultra large mold frame mainly, also provide nonstandard mold frame manufacturing service, serve specialized, high-quality, and all-dimensional technology service for customer wholeheartedly.We integrated machining equipment, and set up four campuses to superiority-complementation. The general headquarter is located in Guanlan Shenzhen. The branch factories can be found in the South, Central, North, Southwest all over the country. Depending on the demand of company, to expand sales channel, our company was put a large number of ultra-precision milling machine, grinding machine and ultra-precision measuring equipment. Own the technology that manufacture automobile die and optical lens die, can take order of about 1400 set of standard mold frame ,800 set of nonstandard mold frame monthly. The main products include mobile phone, computer, TV, camera, car and so on.Look forward to the future, as Precision Mold Base, the task is heavy and the road is long. - 精密模座拥有先进的加工设备，大部分设备为进口加工中心，分别来自日本,台湾等知名品牌，包括YASDA 、 OKUMA 、 OKK 及 快捷等、加工最大范围为3M*2M ，加工最高精度为+0.002mm。同时，以我们的多年的加工经验，精湛的加工技术，以及完善的工程技术与生产队伍，为客户提供多样而全面的客制化需求，并以一站式服务理念，在提供产品加工的同时，根据客户产品的特点，提供专业的加工建议，以提升客户整体竞争力。我们的交货周期及价格：非标模架交货期一般为5至7天（中小模），但具体价格及交期需根据客户产品的复杂程度来决定。标准模架以量定价，我们将以客户订购量，来相应优惠我们的加工，以折扣方式来回馈客户；我们热诚期待新老客戶的來电垂询，並随时恭候您参观指导。Precision Mold Base own advanced manufacturing equipment. Most of equipments are imported machining center, which are famous brands from Japan, Taiwan, such as YASDA, OKUMA,OKK, Quick Jet and so on. The maximum machining range is 3m*2m, the highest accuracy is ±0.002mm.Besides, we meet various and comprehensive need for customer with rich experience, excellent technology, consummate manufacturing technology and team, and also provide products processing with one-stop service philosophy. According to products’ characteristic, we can provide specialized advice to improve customer’s competition.Delivery cycle and price: the delivery date of nonstandard mold frame(small-medium size) is 5~7 days. However, specific price and delivery date depend on the complexity of product.
