Who We Are
Time Education China Holdings Limited (TEC) is an English language arts and mathematics training service provider to children aged 5-12 in China. It currently manages centers based in the 3 major Chinese cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen with its headquarters located in Beijing. In addition, TEC provides online assessments, learning solutions to students and teachers, and helps schools and learning centers build all-English libraries for Independent Guided Reading.

- TEC was established in December 2012, and is the parent company for both élan schools and Playfacto centers. The first élan school opened in March 2013 and first Playfacto center in October 2013. Both centers were located in Shanghai. Having expanded rapidly, by the end of 2015, it is expected that there will be around 15 élan schools in operation.

TEC was affiliated with Time Education Co. Ltd. in Seoul, Korea which is the largest off-line education platform in Korea. TIME Education Co. Ltd. together with TIME Contents Co. Ltd. provides fully integrated education services and products combining offline education service, qualified contents and innovative technologies.
In early 2016, TEC was acquired by Country Garden Education Group, which is one of the largest private K12 school operators in China, with over 30K students and 5600 employees as of November 2016.

Elan Schools are English training centers that provide international enrichment programs for Chinese KG6 local and international students. They are designed to improve students’ language skills, thinking skills, problem solving abilities and knowledge of global culture. Elan offers one of the most comprehensive English language arts programs in China for students between the ages 5-12. It is especially designed to explore the joys of reading and help connect students to a whole world of new ideas and information. Independence is promoted with Elan. Élan’s extensive guided reading (library) program consisting of over 5,000 audio books and regular books, and complements this behavior with specialized literature and writing classes. Elan Library Coaches
Job Description
Library Coaches need to assist in all aspects of Elan’s guided independent reading program. The program is designed to nurture independent reading behavior and improve reading comprehension skills over a period of time. Students will be required to undertake a library ‘flow’ in which they will read, undertake AR quizzes on iPads, interview with a coach and write book reports on the stories read. Library Coaches will be required to monitor this process and use motivational tools to ensure that students maintain interest and achieve set goals. In order to achieve this, coaches need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students through literature.

Job Description:
Teachers at Élan are expected to maintain professionalism and reinforce the high quality and standard that is expected of all employees of Time Education. Teachers should do their utmost to cultivate an atmosphere of distinction throughout all of the school’s operations and strive to offer a consistently challenging classroom environment for students. Élan Teachers should ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with Élan’s philosophy and goals.

Qualifications:
