In second quarter, Moto Aloha-Svc Parts project was in requirement analysis and development phase, business team's sudden change of E2E solution increased much difficulities and risk. Through multiple rounds of BSR with Accounting/Finance/Treasury/Service Business and FI/IT team, Dora completed preparation work before 14th. Aug. Meanwhile, Dora also ran other projects such as L-Claim
Rollout to India & EMEA, MBG PRC Dual Plant, MBG PRC Dual Plant, and led finance team to communicate with Accounting team closely, ensured all projects go live successfully.

For improving Lync Audio user experience, locating the root cause which effect Lync Audio quality, and solving the issue that lack of related data, such as Sound adapter, Network etc. Vincent designed and developed Endpoint Lync Diagnosis Tool. Considering thousands of users and their PC , Vincent designed and implemented Web API to access internal database as resolution, and ensure the stability by pressure testing for 6000 messages per second; meanwhile, implemented automatically update and Lync Version identifying, which solving the different situations of 60000 Lenovo users.

With the WSO2 platform becoming main SOA/API platform for the integration team. Peng Quan learnt and grasped the basic development and maintenance of WSO2 platform in short time, and successfully used them in the project. In CPQ and SAE project, he developed dozens of interfaces on the WSO2 with new technology.

As BTIT TPC Member Felix learn new techniques constantly, focus on new technologies that may add value to the business. He made use of standard Python API which is provided by HANA to build a solution that HANA as the data platform and use Python machine learning algorithms to do Post Sales quality PoC. This solution could clean data quickly and do prediction analysis by using abundant machine learning algorithms in Python . After PoC, Felix summarized problems/key results and technical points, then shared knowledge to team members.

The star of October
Nan Wang had been outstanding over the past ten months.Nan Wang . She proactively communicated with business and development engineers in the business scenario and the process carding. In her engaged CPQ & auto test collabration work, combined over 10+ key salesforce scenarios, assisted to finish 5+ auto development in CPQ project. In DCG auto project, she took 20+ E2E critical business process combing, effectively acted as the bridge between business and engineer. Meanwhile, Nan could also transform herself bravely along our testing team internal SDET tranformation program . she extended herself to backend part and done the E2E auto development with CBTA, buit up the basic SDET development capabilty.
