BSR安全检查

所有文字内容均和原版BSR一致，只做了轻度顺序微调和合并。

因各商场实际情况不同，因此照片中的示例不能涵盖所有你会在商场中遇到的问题，在使用时请勿钻牛角尖。

Items weighing more than 20kg are stored or displayed at a height of less than 1.5m from the ground.

Storage gondolas are evenly loaded.

The wheel fixing axis must be at 90° with the gondola feet.

Products are stored on the display equipment provided by the layout department.

Products stored overhead are not likely to fall (types of attachments and number of anchor points depending on size and weight of product).

当需要将多余库存存放于货架顶端时，该处货架需要通过双层层板前档条（item 1296462）等装置确保安全性。

Over stock displayed on top of the shelving is all stored at the same height on a stable shelf.

FOR SHORT DOUBLE GONDOLAS (< 8ML) : the double gondolas are connected to each other with a metallic inverted « U » shape every 2 linear meters.

Each gondola is fitted with the safety wedge that prevents the grid positioned on the upright from twisting off.

The price holder on the gondola end is properly clamped in the gondola end sides by 4 fixing hooks.

The sign holder raiser at the back of the gondola end is properly fitted into the gondola's foot.

网片下方立柱的脚轮必须锁住，而且要跟脚架方向一致。

Wheel brakes are engaged.

网片货架脚上的底轮必须固定并转向内侧。

Gondola feet wheels are turned facing the inside and are properly bolted.

销售区域内禁止增高网片——用于存放货物的承重物料高度不能高于网片高度。

No gondola within the layout has been raised.

严禁改变陈列工具的形状。（锯短或者弯曲）

No layout equipment has been altered (sawn or bended) .

货架上展示的模特须用专用挂钩固定。

If products or mannequins (item code : 1638622 / 1638631) are displayed in the aisle, their storage is stable.

Pegs are fitted with white end caps or signage window.

A3尺寸的Balisage架的4个角必须是弧形或使用塑料件包裹。（item 1302661）

The corners of the A3-size signage frame are rounded or covered with plastic cover coins.

所有标示的悬挂需要使用金属链条和/或金属挂钩。(目测检查)

All hanging signs (display, signage,...) are attached with a chain and/or metal hooks in good shape (visual control).

Benches are in good condition.

Bench or wall mirrors are properly fixed.

Fitting room : the curtain rod is solidly fixed to the posts by its 2 ends.

Fitting room : the 2 hooks that stow the curtain to the posts are pined.

试衣间：挂试衣镜的2个横杆应当正确地固定在货架立柱上。

Fitting room : the 2 rails that hangs the mirror are correctly fixed to the posts.

顾客试衣间：摆放有凳子且状态良好。

Fitting rooms : benches are in good shape.

Fitting rooms : partition panels are correctly fixed to the gondolas.

激情品牌宣传画（在货架末端QG、运动分类画和墙画）：应当通过相应的配件安全固定在网片上，或者插入货架龙骨中。

Passion brands visuals (end of gondola (QG), sport segmentation, wall sign) : the stands are correctly clamped into the adequate fittings and securely fixed to the grid.

后仓用于存放过多的库存商品的存储区域，商品存放安全并能防止商品跌落。

Over stock in transit area : storage of products is secured and prevent them from falling.

No product on display nor signage touches the lighting.

试用区（室内或室外的）有指定的区域，而且没有安全隐患，并有安全指引规则，由销售人员检查和日常监督。

Tests and display areas (indoor and outdoor) are indicated and secured, in compliance with the recommendations and managed by a team member.

The innovation Box follow the concept, PLV only provide by communication team, the plug of power in layout is referenced by DECATHLON.

通道上方悬挂海报底部的离地高度不得低于2.2米。

The bottom of poster, affiche in the aisles is displayed at a height of at least 2,20 meters from the ground.

灭火器和消火栓的位置标志能够从远处清晰地看到。

Signs for indicating the location of extinguishers and fire Hydrants are clearly visible from a distance.

所有的消火栓没有被阻挡。

All fire hydrant are accessible.

所有的灭火器功能完好且没有被阻挡。

All extinguishers are accessible.

如果存在：用于消防疏散、灭火器以及消火栓（彩色条纹禁区）的地面标示功能正常。

If present : The floor signage for fire exits, extinguishers and fire hose reels (colored stripes) is in good condition.

主通道（中央通道＋外部通道）确保通畅无阻碍。（至少2.4米以上宽度的通过距离）

The main aisles (central + external aisles) are not blocked.(passage of at least 2,40m)

副通道畅通无阻碍：至少1.8米以上宽度的通过距离，或者凳子、立柱两侧保持0.9米的通过距离。

The secondary aisles are not blocked : passage of at least 1,80m or 0.90m either part of an obstacle.(bench, pillar)

消防疏散门保持通常没有阻碍，使用功能正常。

The doors of the fire exits are accessible, free of any obstacle and in operational conditions.

所有疏散门上方的应急照明功能正常。

The autonomous lighting block above each fire exit works correctly.

所有疏散指示标记没有阻碍且清晰可见。

Hanging evacuation signs (emergency exits) are unobstructed and clearly visible.

在销售区域通道中的任何位置，至少能够看到2个紧急疏散的标志 。

At least 2 evacuation signs are visible in each aisle.

我部门中的所有员工都接受过关于安全与疏散的入职基础培训。

All the people in my team have been trained to safety and evacuation basics. (JIM)

我部门的所有员工都参加过关于如何搬移重型物品或者货架的基础培训。

All the people in my team have attended the "handling of goods positions and gestures" basic training course.

严禁使用多孔插座。拖线板）

No extension cables or multi-plugs are used.

如果在货架上使用物料组开发的插座组，必须确保固定良好且周围无可燃物。

If there is a group of several plugs (different to multi-plugs) in the layout, it is correctly fixed on gondola.

销售区域中的所有电器设备（工作电脑、屏幕，等等）确保通风，不会与商品、纸张或者Balisage接触。

The ventilation of all electrical appliance (workstations, screen...) in layout is ensured : no contact with product, signage…

除紧急疏散指示标志外，照明设备上不悬挂任何物品。

Nothing is hanging from the lighting, except evacuation signs fixed with metallic hook or chain.

电缆上无悬挂物品。

Nothing is hanging from the electrical cable path.

我部门中的所有电器在商场营业结束之后会被切断电源。

Electrical appliances in my department are turned off every evening.

我部门按照迪卡侬公司以及部门的要求对商品进行相关的防盗保护。

商品价格标签（条形码）被妥善处理，不会被顾客随意取得。

There are no labels or ties accessible to customers.

部门中没有员工的私人物品。

No staff belongings are left in the department.

纸板箱需要在打开压平堆为一叠后置于指定区域（避免商品遗留于箱内）。

Empty cardboard boxes are flattened and storage in one pile waiting the treatment by the supplier.

All showcases and cabinets are locked.

反入侵红外探头前没有阻挡。（没有商品或者标示阻挡在前面）

Radar fields are totally unobstructed.(no product nor signage in front of them)
